A Bit More About The Location

Blanes boulevard

The Sea View apartments are across from Blanes’ tree-lined boulevard, which connects downtown Blanes and its beach with the harbor. [Click photo for larger view]

The Sea View apartments are located across from the Marina, where expensive yachts, sail boats and private motor launches are moored.

A tree-lined boulevard connects the harbor with the center of town. It takes you, in just a few minutes walk, to Platja de Blanes.

This beach is favored by locals for its beautiful views, as well as the fact that it generally remains fairly uncrowded.

There are also some small beaches at the harbor, and you may well opt to join the locals in a brief trek across the San Juan hill in order to enjoy the beautiful cove of Sant Francesc.

The boulevard, lined with beautiful gardens and a series of popular restaurants, is the place to be seen — especially at night, when locals and tourists alike stroll up and down its length, chat with friends or have something to eat or drink.

A small supermarket is just down the street, and bakeries are nearby.

So is the daily fresh fruit- and vegetables market.

And of course, eateries, cafes, restaurants and tapas bars are in ready supply.
